Job Overview:
We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to join our team and lead our online presence across various social media platforms. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of social media trends, excellent communication skills, and a passion for combat sports and athletic lifestyle brands. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engage our audience, and drive sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute social media strategies to grow SILVERBVCK's presence and reach on platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, and others as relevant.
- Create and curate compelling and on-brand content, including images, videos, graphics, and copy, to engage our audience and drive traffic to our website.
- Manage and maintain the social media content calendar, ensuring consistent posting and alignment with marketing campaigns, product launches, and other initiatives.
- Monitor social media channels for trends, news, and conversations relevant to our brand, and proactively engage with our audience to build relationships and foster community.
- Implement social media advertising campaigns to promote products, events, and initiatives, optimizing targeting, budget allocation, and creative assets for maximum ROI.
- Analyze social media performance metrics and KPIs, and use insights to inform strategy and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and platform updates, and proactively recommend new ideas and opportunities for innovation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, preferably within the sports apparel or lifestyle industry.
- Deep understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
- Strong creative skills with the ability to produce engaging visual and written content.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with followers and collaborate cross-functionally.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in social media analytics tools and data interpretation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, phone, chat, and social media, providing accurate information and assistance with orders, products, and policies.
- Resolve customer issues and concerns effectively and efficiently, demonstrating empathy, active listening, and problem-solving skills to achieve satisfactory outcomes.
- Process customer orders, returns, exchanges, and refunds in accordance with company policies and procedures, ensuring accuracy and timely resolution.
